Common Questions
Can services be booked individually, or only as a package?
Every service can be booked individually — a single airport transfer, a yacht charter alone, or a city tour on its own. Most guests combine two or more for a seamless experience.
Do you work with travel agencies and resorts directly?
Yes. We partner with travel agencies, tour operators, and resorts across the Maldives, the Gulf, and South Asia. Get in touch to discuss a partnership arrangement.
How far in advance should we book?
We recommend at least 7 days' notice for arrivals and departures, and 3–5 days for yacht charters and city tours, though we do accommodate shorter notice where possible.
What languages do your butlers speak?
All butlers are fluent in English and Dhivehi, with team members also covering Arabic, Hindi, and Mandarin depending on availability — let us know your guests' language needs in advance.
